Merewether Family Practice aims to provide a high standard of family focused care for the benefit of each patient’s health and wellbeing.
Our doctors have many years of medical experience across a diverse range of services. Our doctors work in conjunction with two practice nurses who provide clinical and chronic health care services. All staff are supported by a great team of friendly, competent administrative staff to ensure patient needs are met.
The practice was established in 1980 by Dr Anand Kumar, who was joined by Dr Chris Marley in 1999 forming a highly successful partnership. Dr Chris Marley retired in December 2022, with Dr Kumar continuing to work part time, three mornings a week. Dr Pedita Hall joined in 2013 and is now the sole practice principal.
